Bring AFC Toronto to Your Event
At AFC Toronto, we’re building something special with the people who make this city what it is. Our players love connecting with fans, supporting local causes, and showing up for the community—especially when it means celebrating youth, spotlighting important work, or just sharing the joy of the game.
Whether it’s a team visit, a community fundraiser, or a local celebration, we’re always open to events that align with our values and create real moments of connection.
Availability
Player schedules are shaped by the season and team commitments. Players are not available the day before a match, on matchday, or the day after. Appearances are typically scheduled around training times, recovery periods, and travel windows.
Location & Travel
Most appearances happen within the Greater Toronto Area. If your event is outside the GTA, we kindly ask that transportation and/or accommodations be provided by the event organizer.
Appearance Attire
Unless a match jersey is specifically requested, players typically attend appearances in club-branded casual wear (e.g., AFC Toronto merch). Please let us know if your event has specific dress requirements.
Honorariums & Appearance Fees
Most community, school, and nonprofit events are unpaid.
For business or promotional appearances, player fees may apply. These are coordinated directly with the player and vary depending on the individual and nature of the event.
Promotion & Use of Club Branding
Use of the AFC Toronto name, logo, or branding in any promotional materials—whether digital, print, or broadcast—must be approved by the club prior to publication. Please contact our team in advance to ensure everything aligns with our guidelines.
