1. Open the AFC Toronto Account Manager (https://am.ticketmaster.com/afctoronto/en)

2. Log in to your Ticketmaster account

3. Navigate to Tickets by selecting [My Events]

4. Choose the game you want to view - Each game will show the opponent, date, time, and the number of tickets you have.

5. Tap [View Barcode] to access the ticket
    Note: Do not screenshot the barcode as it will not be scannable

6. Once the barcode has appeared, tap [Add to Apple Wallet] or [Add to Google Pay]

7. You will be able to add one or all tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay

8. After adding tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay, you can access your ticket(s) without internet connection

I Require Assistance With Transferring My Tickets

1. Open the AFC Toronto Account Manager

2. Log in to your Ticketmaster  account

3. Navigate to Tickets by selecting [My Events]

4. Choose the game you want to view - Each game will show the opponent, date, time, and the number of tickets you have.

5. Choose the seats you would like to transfer, then tap [Transfer]

6. You have the option to send tickets to an existing contact or you can manually enter their information

7. If you choose to send to one of your existing contacts, your contact list will appear. Select your contact and tap on their email, and the fields will be automatically filled in with their information.  Otherwise, fill in the fields with the recipient's information and tap Transfer Ticket

8. Once the recipient has accepted the tickets, the status will change to Claimed.  You will no longer have ownership of the tickets.  The barcode will no longer appear, and you will not be able to transfer, exchange or donate the ticket.

1. When someone transfers tickets to you, you will get an email from Ticketmaster. Open the email and tap the [Accept Tickets] link

2. Sign in to your AFC Toronto Account Manager or create an account if you do not have one

3. Once logged in, you will see the details of the game and that your ticket has been accepted

4. You can now view the tickets from the Account Manager and scan them at the gate for entry.

Note: Tap [Add to Apple Wallet] or [Add to Google Pay]. This allows you to access your tickets without an internet connection.

1. Open the AFC Toronto Account Manager

2. Log in to your Ticketmaster  account 

3. Navigate to Tickets by selecting [My Events] 

4. Choose the game you would like to cancel the ticket transfer for. Tap on [Cancel Transfer]

Note: Once you transfer a ticket and it has been claimed by the recipient, you will not be able to cancel the transfer

5. Confirm that you would like to reclaim the ticket

6. Once you reclaim your tickets, you can now view the tickets from the mobile app and scan them at the gate for entry

Can’t attend a match? Swap your ticket for another game during the season. 

Here’s how to exchange your tickets:

1. Select the match you want to exchange from your account
2. Click “View Event Details”
3. Click the “Exchange” button
4. Select the ticket(s) you wish to exchange
5. Choose the event you want to move your tickets to
6. Use the Seat Map to select your preferred seats
7. Seats must be chosen within your original price category.
8. Click the shopping cart to proceed
9. The total amount should show as $0
10. Click Submit to confirm the exchange
11. That’s it! Your tickets are now exchanged and ready for your next match.

*Note that tickets can only be exchanged within the same venue and at least 48 hours in advance of the game

Donations can only be made 48 hours in advance.

Here’s how to donate your tickets:

1. Select Donate
2. Choose Kids Up Front from the list of available donation options
3. Pick the ticket(s) you’d like to donate
4. Why It Matters:
5. Your donation gives a young fan the opportunity to be part of the energy at York Lions Stadium or BMO Field—an experience that can inspire the next generation of supporters and athletes.

As a season member, you have two vouchers per seat, that can be used to bring additional family and friends, outside of your tickets! Here is how to redeem:

1. In your account, select the event “Bring A Friend Voucher”
2. Select the number of vouchers you would like to redeem
3. Click “Exchange”
4. Complete the same steps as the “Exchange” process above
