Pais had a standout NCAA Division I career across three programs. She spent her final season at Florida State University, contributing 8 assists and 2 goals in a National Championship-winning year. At the University of Pittsburgh, she logged 17 goals and 10 assists across three seasons and earned ACC Academic Honor Roll distinctions. She began her collegiate journey at the University at Albany, where she was named America East Rookie of the Year in 2019.
