PROFESSIONAL
Regan signed her first pro contract with HB Køge in 2023 and made an immediate impact in Denmark. She made 32 appearances across midfield and defense, scored 3 goals, and helped the team win the domestic league title. Her performances earned her a call-up to Canada’s SheBelieves Cup roster in 2024.
INTERNATIONAL
Emma Regan has earned 8 senior caps and 5 starts for the Canadian Women’s National Team. She made her senior debut in 2018 and was part of the squad that earned a silver medal at the Concacaf Women’s Championship, securing qualification for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup. After progressing through Canada’s youth national teams and competing at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup and U20 levels, she returned to the senior team in 2024. She featured at the SheBelieves Cup, played 90 minutes in a 5–1 win over South Korea, helped Canada win the 2025 Pinatar Cup in Spain, and was named to the squad for Canada’s April 2025 home friendlies against Argentina in British Columbia.
COLLEGE
At the University of Texas at Austin, Regan was a four-year starter and captain from 2020–2022. She played 90 matches, scored 4 goals, tallied 6 assists, and led the Longhorns to the 2022 Big 12 Championship. She earned All-Big 12 honors in 2019, 2021, and 2022, and was named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Midwest Region Third Team in 2021.
YOUTH
Came through the Vancouver Whitecaps Girls Elite REX program and was named the 2015 Whitecaps Most Promising Player and BC Soccer Youth Player of the Year. Served as Whitecaps captain from 2016–2018.

Named AFC Toronto’s first-ever captain ahead of the 2025 season, Regan leads by example with her composure, tactical vision, and unwavering work ethic. Her return to Canada is both a homecoming and a mission — to help build something lasting for future generations of Canadian footballers.
