Announced by AFC Toronto in August 2025, Novak joined the club during the Northern Super League’s inaugural season, bringing international and collegiate experience and a strong attacking presence to the squad. 

TRANSACTIONS 
Signed with AFC Toronto in August 2025 and later agreed to a contract extension keeping her with the club through 2026. 

PROFESSIONAL 
Novak is a pacey forward known for her creativity in the attacking third and ability to stretch defenses with her movement and direct play. After developing through the Canadian youth national team pathway and NCAA competition, she began her professional career with AFC Toronto during the club’s inaugural Northern Super League campaign. 

2025 – AFC Toronto  
Appeared in 3 matches during the 2025 Northern Super League season, recording 1 assist and contributing valuable depth in the attacking line during the club’s run to the NSL Final. 

INTERNATIONAL  
She represented Canada at the U17 and U20 World Cups, clinched two CONCACAF bronze medals, and was nominated for Canadian Youth International Player of the Year. 

COLLEGE 
Novak played NCAA Division I soccer at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) while studying Neuroscience. At UCLA, she was part of the nation’s top-ranked recruiting class, helped the Bruins secure back-to-back Pac-12 Championships, and was named FTF Canada Freshman Player of the Year, establishing herself as one of the top young Canadian prospects in the NCAA. 

YOUTH 
Novak developed her game in London, Ontario, progressing through the Canadian youth system and national team pathway before continuing her career in NCAA Division I soccer.

Off the pitch, Novak enjoys spending time with her dog Koda, exploring local coffee shops, and creating social media content. Known for her outgoing personality, she often shares candid moments and behind-the-scenes glimpses of life as a professional footballer.
