Rollins began her professional journey with AFC Toronto ahead of the inaugural season, after being one of the most decorated young defenders in Canadian university and semi-pro soccer. Her dominant League1 Ontario performances earned her back-to-back Defender of the Year finalist nods (2023, 2024), and she was named to the 2024 League1 Ontario First Team All-Stars.
2025 – AFC Toronto
In her first professional season with AFC Toronto, Sarah Rollins appeared in 22 matches as a defender and recorded 1 assist, played a key role anchoring the back line throughout the club’s inaugural 2025 campaign. Her composure and leadership helped stabilize Toronto’s defense as the team finished atop the Northern Super League standings and competed deep into the postseason.
COLLEGE
At UBC, Rollins quickly became one of the top defenders in the country. She was named the 2023 U SPORTS Rookie of the Year, 2023 CanWest Defender of the Year, and earned First Team All-Star status at both the conference and national levels. She helped anchor UBC’s backline to back-to-back national championships in 2023 and 2024, earning a spot on the 2024 U SPORTS National Tournament All-Star Team.

A key figure with North Toronto Nitros since 2018, Rollins played a pivotal role in their 2022 Fall League1 Championship. She was named to the 2022 U18 Team of the Year, and was recognized as one of the top defenders in the league over consecutive senior seasons.
YOUTH
A longtime product of North Toronto Soccer, Rollins developed through one of Ontario’s top youth programs, gaining experience in high-level competition and emerging as a defensive leader by her late teens.
