A poised and powerful central midfielder, Small joins the professional ranks after a decorated college career at Wake Forest University. In 2024, she helped the Demon Deacons reach the College Cup Final and earned recognition as one of the program’s top assist providers. Over her four years, she made multiple ACC Tournament appearances, earned ACC Honor Roll, and was named to the ACC All-Freshman Team and TDS Freshman Best XI Second Team.
INTERNATIONAL
A proud representative of Canada across multiple age groups, Small captained the U20 National Team at the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup and earned a bronze medal at the Concacaf U20 Championship the same year. She also competed with the U17 and U15 national teams, and was selected for two senior team camps in 2021.
YOUTH
Small began her career in Pickering, Ontario, playing for Pickering SC and later NDC Ontario. She was part of the Canadian youth national team system by age 15.
OFF THE FIELD
With a degree in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest, Small brings the same sharp focus and leadership off the pitch as she does on it. She returns home ready to lead and make an impact in front of the next generation.
