Rowe joined AFC Toronto in June 2025, beginning her professional career during the club’s inaugural Northern Super League season. A dynamic attacking player known for her movement in the final third and ability to find space in the box, she quickly added depth and energy to the club’s forward line.
2025 – AFC Toronto
Rowe appeared in 13 matches during the 2025 Northern Super League season, recording 2 goals and 2 assists while contributing key attacking depth during AFC Toronto’s run to the NSL Final. She scored her first NSL goal in a 1–0 win over Halifax, marking an early milestone in her professional career.
INTERNATIONAL
Rowe was part of the Canadian U-20 National Team program from 2022 to 2024, first joining as a training player at just 17, and later earning wider squad selections in both 2023 and 2024.
COLLEGE
The Newfoundland-native had a standout collegiate career at Cape Breton University. In 2024, she scored game-winning goals in both the AUS semifinal and final, earning MVP honours in the championship match. At U SPORTS Nationals, she continued her clutch performances, scoring the decisive goal and being named MVP of the quarterfinal, while leading all playoff participants with 6.5 shots per game. Rowe’s resilience and leadership were also recognized with CBU’s Kathy Reid Memorial Award, and she was honoured as the AUS Play of the Year.
LEAGUE1
Rowe played in League1 Ontario with FC London and North Toronto Nitros, scoring 8 goals in 40 appearances with FC London (2023–2024). In 2025 with North Toronto Nitros, she recorded 7 goals in 12 appearances across all competitions, showcasing her attacking ability before joining AFC Toronto.
YOUTH
Rowe developed her early skills with the CBS Soccer Association before moving to Feildians Soccer Club in the Breens Jubilee League.

Off the pitch, Rowe enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new places while traveling with the team. She is passionate about growing the game in Atlantic Canada and hopes to inspire the next generation of young players from Newfoundland and Labrador to pursue football at the highest level.
